Spiritual value not hurt by shoulder dislocation&associated injuries from my fall the night before Easter

This is an update, have written about this previously. For those who have not kept up on my progression toward recovery from this accident, here is a link to the first in a series of blog posts I have on this subject: https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2018/04/07/how-am-i-feeling-6-days-after-my-shoulder-was-dislocated-and-put-back-early-easter-sunday/

Here is my daily evolving morning exercise/rehab program as of today, 5/28/18: Started with some stretching! Then, did various movements to rehab my right arm/shoulder’s range of motion with and without the 5 lb dumbbell! Did left handed weightlifting with 20 lb dumbbell and also did some 2 handed 20 lb dumbbell bicep curls combined with squats! Then did a little more stretching! Then did warm up quarter mile meditative walk before doing exhausting quarter mile run, and exhausting 3/4 mile meditative walk! I do everything with the great intensity that decades of extreme and creative spiritual physical training has enabled me to do!:

Range of motion for my arm with elbows straight is only 16 inches from side to side and 29 inches front to back! That means I am really limited in what I can do! At the elbow I am not limited, have full range of motion and getting my strength back! I do not have the time or money to find out what type of operation/surgery might work to improve this situation! My ability to function in the area I have of value(the spiritual) to the world is not harmed by this limitation and dealing with this situation has made me have to become even stronger spiritually using my very advance meditative techniques to enable me to heal a lot of the damage done and to handle the pain that helps the body really focus on healing!

I understand that there is a lot of determination in this world to not deal with the pain and hard work and change required to advance further spiritually and shed the intoxicating addiction to the spiritual beliefs and techniques(rituals) of the past! So getting people to value my expertise is not easy here! But, anyone without spiritual blinders on should be able to see how messed up this world is spiritually and how important it is for every individual on this planet to do their part spiritually to improve these problematic conditions! Spiritual competence in the world starts with individual spiritual competence and as long as people arrogantly cling to the beliefs of the past this world will continue on a path that will not serve it well spiritually!

For those who are not familiar with my spiritual theories and techniques this link that follows has a list of links to an awful lot of my stuff of immense value I have on the internet that has not yet got much attention drawn to it by a public that tends to just like to have their present spiritual ideology reinforced rather than challenge themselves to advance further in this very important area related to creating a better future on this planet both individually and collectively:

My accident recovery and the challenges of being extremely unique in a spiritually backward world

Everyday I do left handed weightlifting along with rehab for my right arm/shoulder, an intense quarter mile run, many extremely intense and painful 3/4 of mile meditative walks! I do push my limits and the intensity of my meditative walks do make my pain in my right arm/shoulder worst! Being a spiritual pioneer that tries to challenge the limits of what I can handle spiritually, I try to make my cat-like crouched meditative technique even more intense so as to feel the pain even more acutely. I battle the pain in order to learn to handle it better, and also heal myself. The ability to handle pain really well is needed in order to develop the intense spiritual strength required to handle the really really serious problems of this challenging reality we are part of……………………………….
I do pay for how hard I push it with arm and shoulder pain at night! But, I am getting more use to intense pain and still get some good sleep! At least I can sleep lying down which I could not do for 4 weeks after the accident/fall/dislocated shoulder. More than a dislocation happened in this fall, my body is feeling pain in elbow, hand, and right side of chest! I did not think of other injuries when at the ER when I had a dislocated shoulder that demanded immediate attention. Have been on my own medically since that ER visit which suits me fine. I do best dealing with my medical issues on my own, and can not afford to do otherwise………………………………………………………………………………………………………
I do have serious survival issues that make so much in my life extremely difficult and society plays an extremely strong role in this due to its failures in serving me as well as it does others who have more “normal” needs! Society provides jobs, housing, and all sorts of public services for people who are very normal in their abilities, but is way too backward spiritually to understand and help address the basic need of someone as uniquely abled as me. People assume I fit in to society a lot more than I do and can be quite clueless as to the real circumstances I face trying to survive in this world. I am pretty much one of a kind and that is why I am the spiritual pioneer I am! I do not qualify for social security retirement due to limited work history and would not be alive today if not for the help of family and friends…………………………………………………………………
So many people with positions of power and influence in this world are really spoiled and arrogant, often blaming the victims of their inadequate policies/actions and abilities rather than becoming more responsible in their approach. They become too intoxicated by the money they make and power they are able to yield! Heavy spiritual consequences result in this highly technological age we now exist in when a society lacks an adequate level of spiritual maturity to deal with the serious problems within it! Seeing things from many sides and angles in all of its complexity is not easy! People often would rather have a tribal type mentality that irrationally ignores or condemns that which they are not familiar with! Religions and societies can be quite tribal and irrational in how they evaluate the value of what they believe to be true as compared to what others not in their group/ organization believe………………………………………………………………………….

Right Shoulder dislocation update: rehab and my extremely valuable spiritual purpose

I could not sleep lying down for 5 weeks due to pain and refused to take pain killers or to risk hurting arm in sleep! A few days ago, I found a position on my back with a pillow holding my arm up in a position it could tolerate, although it was still painful! I do seem to have rotator cuff damage limiting my arm movement and producing pain! I can now eat with my right hand, brush my teeth with both hands(right hand helping best it can) and use a can opener! I still type with my left hand only! I can lift water bottles(not huge ones) with right hand, but using biceps only! When I do my frequent meditative walks, I do alternately swing my arms toward the front of my body which should help loosen up my range of motion! I do carefully test my range of motion in my right arm and do experiment a little with exercises found on youtube videos on shoulder rehab.

Did not go back to VA hospital since emergency room visit at time of accident(very early morning Apr 01-Easter.) Gave up on VA hospital after finding a serious parking problems there(when going to a walk-in appointment 9 days after accident) with an awful lot of traffic circling the hospital over and over again trying to find any parking spaces that would become available. I was in severe pain due to discomfort related to being in car and dealing with seat belt and my friend who drove me was also not feeling well! I was going to tell them anyway, that I would do the rehab on my own while at that follow up appointment! I can not afford anything that could put me in more dire financial shape, and trust myself a lot more than the medical profession when it comes to understanding my neurologically different body which I am extremely tuned into spiritually due to intense effort at this over a lifetime!

I may not know exactly what is going on related to all the damage that occurred as a result of the fall, but I can still use my extremely well trained intuition along with my knowledge and research in health and healing to guide me. I have been avoiding outside medical help my whole life and depending on myself to keep myself healthy, so this approach is not new to me! I have dealt with quite a number of serious health situations in my life on my own, motivated to quite a degree by my financial situation along with my confidence in my own ability to handle it on my own! Healing has a very strong spiritual side to it, which science often underestimates! My focus being extremely on the spiritual allows me to come strongly from that direction when it comes to healing myself.

We are still so backward spiritually on a planet that tends to be very resistant to advancing further in a a rational way in this area! People like me struggle to exist despite having so much to offer! I am training spiritually to handle extreme pain lately in order to make me stand out to a really great degree spiritually from others. I have to go up against the arrogance that exists in a time in which so many serious problems exist that people so readily choose to ignore! Crises often are required in order for people to lose their spiritual arrogance and face the harsh reality with the humility required to do the hard work required to find and apply the answers and solutions needed to make this world a healthy place to exist on spiritually! I have done my part and I need people to value and utilize what I have to offer spiritually! I should not be struggling just to survive in this world! I have so much stuff on the spiritual that is all over the internet! Anyone who is into advancing themselves and this world further spiritually should be willing to explore the value of what I have come up with! The collective mindset on this planet is just to locked in spiritually, making it hard to get certain ideas to reach many people. I just have been pretty much ignored with few people even reading what I have presented over a decade of posting stuff on the internet. For those who are serious about making a positive difference spiritually here is my link to links to an awful lot of the stuff I have on the internet:

How am I feeling 6 days after my shoulder was dislocated and put back early Easter Sunday?

At times not good at all: fever and nausea with intense pain in arm, at other times a lot better! Use ice on forehead and arm. Getting a little better over time. Must sleep sitting up using pillow on table or arm will hurt too much, Appointment Tuesday! Do not want to use the VA hospital too much! once cleared to rehab my injury I can do so myself using really good videos on youtube. I just did a lot of damage! I do not want a huge bill and do not trust the medical profession that much when it comes to understanding my unique body! I do feel that as soon as my tissues heals enough, I will start making really fast progress! I just have a very sensitive body that has been really pushed to the edge. But I am use to living on the edge and really trust my intuition will guide me well in the healing process! I do not take pain killers now, did take Ibuprofen at the beginning, but did not like the acid reflux and other side affects. So a lot of the pain is the result of this. But. I feel that I will heal faster if I feel the pain and am not knocked with pain killers. I am optimistic that I will come back stronger than ever! Tuesday will give me information on how the healing process is going! All so complicated. My body is use to being pushed hard by me, so I will continue to challenge it in any way I think will speed up its progress even if at times quite painful!

When I fell while doing a meditative walk in the dark last Saturday around 10 PM and dislocated my shoulder in rare posterior direction(3 to 6% of dislocations)and with the strong yanking done to get it back in place, muscle/tissue damage was done! I do not normally do well with the medical profession and my neurologically different body! I am good at doing my own research and self treating my own body! I am not concerned with it dislocating again since my body tends to be tight rather than loose which is what makes recurring dislocation more frequent and happen more often with younger people. My accident happened in a way that was like an instant complete stop upon forward moving impact with the ground and the impact was very violent and quite a shock! The dislocation did not happen easily!
My world has not fallen apart because of the shoulder dislocation that occurred as a result of a fall! I will make a fast recovery and still be more advanced in my meditative exercise techniques than anyone else afterwards, since I will not lose most of my head start I have as a result of all my past effort and training! I did have to make one more adjustment to my astrology system that only an accident like this one would force me to! I immediately was doing daily quarter mile painful meditative walks, and after practicing my running in short bursts inside my house for a while started doing daily runs of a quarter of a mile also! I will be ready! I will be doing some strengthening of my left arm soon so that it can help my other arm to be able to handle the type of 2 handed dumbbell swings I do sooner!
I have become a lot better at using my left arm and hand due to not being able to use my dominant right! Eating can be messy, but I am getting better at it. I do have finer motor skill limitations that affect my left arm/hand more tan my right. This was typed with one hand and mostly using two fingers on it!

Pain is an important and valuable part of life!!!!

One has to face the pain inside oneself in order to heal and get stronger and healthier physically and spiritually! The cycle of abuse toward others and oneself must end on this planet to the degree we are able to do this! We all need to develop the character required to carry our part of the burden and responsibility in this world! Pain can destroy people or make them stronger depending on how well they are able to deal with it avoid its destructive side! Hard work can be quite painful a lot of the time especially when done to improve oneself spiritually! We have so many serious problems on this planet and we need everyone to carry their own weight.
Pain lets one know how hard one can push oneself and get away with it safely! Fear works with the help of pain to enable one to be able to do amazing things and to sense when one has to be extra careful and do ones best to avoid really damaging consequences. The reason I can read my body so well is because I do not use pain killers and focus so hard on reading the signals my body sends me to let me know what I can safely get away with and when I need to focus really hard at adjusting what I am doing in order to avoid injury when exercising extremely hard physically and spiritually!! In order to achieve a lot in life one must be able to put up with a lot of pain and hardship and embrace its character building qualities. One should avoid the negative side of both pain and fear, but understand and value their positive side!
Here is my YouTube video on this subject:

Trauma, denial, distortion of reality and projection of ones flaws on others and outside world.

We live in a world full of all sorts of #abusive behavior some directed toward others and by lashing out at the outside world(society). Some people indulge in reckless behavior; others in bad eating habits or harmful #drug #addictions. Collectively groups of people will get #angry and irrational and often countries will be propelled by this #anger to lash out at other country militarily without first coolly evaluating how to rationally work out their differences. In a world like this trauma will occur an awful lot with the psychological problems that come with it. The cycle of #abuse will continue as the #trauma even when healed physically will often leave #psychological scars and the #denial that comes with not wanting to face the deep #emotions that come with them. This denial and the distortion of reality that comes with it leads to a continuation of abusive behavior in this world. We all are abusive to some degree, since no one is perfect! But, we have a very high level of abusive behavior on this spiritually backward planet that needs to be addressed in order for us to develop the spiritual maturity to deal with the intense problems that living in a very technological advance world presents to us!

Our spiritual programming determines how well we are able to face reality at its most challenging! If we have spiritual beliefs that tune of out of or devalue part of the reality we exist in, we will weaken our ability to tune into and cope with this reality. Seeing reality from all sides and angles is not easy to do! People often like to see only the part of reality that they are comfortable with based on where they are at psychologically and the impact of past trauma on them. One can not heal and grow further spiritually if one does not face ones flaws and the spiritual theories one has that tend to be supportive of the view of reality ones currently accepts. When ever one spiritually distorts reality one will suffer self abuse and also will be abusive of others. One can feel really justified in being abusive as a result of the denial that becomes part of ones psychology and spiritual state of being.
One can not advance further spiritually if one is not willing to see ones spiritual/psychological problems and the #spiritual theories that underpin them. If one is locked into some spiritual beliefs as a result of them being supportive of the state of denial that comes with not facing and healing the spiritual/emotional impact of past trauma, it can be quite difficult to advance to a healthier level spiritually! When someone tries to reach these people with the strong spiritual energy and spiritual theories required to help them to heal they will often lash out at that person no matter how rational their presentation is. Irrationality and the distortion of reality is often part of those who have suffered abuse or trauma and not healed psychologically from it. Arrogance and an inability to face ones spiritual shortcomings is what prevents people from being receptive to the type of spiritual help they need. One can not help someone spiritually until they feel that they could benefit from such help. Often it takes a really challenging situation in their life and the hard lessons that come with it to get people to really see their shortcomings and want to spiritually #heal and improve their understanding of reality in a way that will prevent future hard lessons of the same type from happening again!
The truth is most often in the complicated middle and requires one is able to see things from many angles and sides. One can through really challenging spiritual #meditation type training gain a stronger spiritual grip on reality and enable one to better handle the pain/struggle that often comes with getting more of a grip on reality and the truth that comes with this. #Pain is part of life and must be faced in order to gain more spiritual maturity and connection with reality. Once one has obtained an ability to handle a heavier dose of reality, then one will develop the #intuition required to sense which people are reliable/serious sources and thus become better at determining what sources are unreliable or not solid enough or have a feel to them that do not gibe with your sense of how #reality actually works.
Here is a link to my blog on the meditative/spiritual type training I do:

The importance of being grounded in this “insane” world

So many spiritual beliefs(theories)that dominate on this planet tend to tune people out quite a bit spiritually from the very challenging physical reality all that are reading this are a vital part of.  We are incarnated in a physical reality that can really test how well our spiritual beliefs/theories really work.  So many spiritual beliefs/theories tend to sort of slander this physical reality or discredit its value and prefer fantasy type beliefs that envision a better type reality that is easier to handle as an afterlife/existence.  People often have spiritual beliefs or theories that distract or remove their focus away from the important challenges that this world offers us as a means to help us grow further spiritually and give us a serious purpose to help us get the most out of what positive value we can develop and contribute to making this world a better place to exist in.

Delusional spiritual beliefs  can be intoxicating like an addictive drug that puts one into a “feel good” state that has not been earned by doing the hard work in order to make one really healthy spiritually and physically and capable of contributing something of real value to a world full of so many serious problems that are not being properly addressed.  Permissiveness, over indulgence, and the desire for  instant gratification tends to weaken people spiritually and make them less responsible and disciplined and unable to carry a reasonable amount of the burden of transforming this world into a place we can really  be proud to be part of.  So many people desire to escape from this world spiritually rather than directly face their responsibilities to do their part to address the really messed up conditions that exist here that are rooted in the spiritual.

We can not adequately address the serious problems that exist on this planet if we can not handle the emotions and pain connected with them.  The truth is often quite painful, but the pain is worth the price of gaining the spiritual strength that enables one to handle more of the truth and thus enable one to be able to be a lot more constructive at finding and implementing solutions to serious problems existing here on this Earth.  The stronger and more aware one is spiritually the more one can handle the painful/challenging side of life.  Pain can really test how grounded one is spiritually.  The spiritual is powered by emotions, and the people who are the most effective are the ones who can not only handle really intense and difficult emotions, but channel these emotions to make really positive things happen in this world.  When one can really feel the emotions related to a extremely difficult situation or serious problem, one can do a lot spiritually to transform the situation.  Meditating on difficult emotions enables one to not only transform these emotions in a positive way, but impact the source of these emotions in a positive way.  Prayer/meditation can be used to help people in trouble provided one has a good spiritual connection with them and what their challenges are.  But, one can only help people who desire that help and are open to improving on the inadequate spiritual beliefs/theories that contributed to their problems.

One can train oneself to become able to handle really intense spiritual-spiritual states.  Challenging spiritual/emotional states always have an impact on oneself physically due to the stress involved.  Intense physical exercise when combined with intense meditative breathing techniques can condition oneself spiritually and physically to be able to handle extremely difficult(torturous)spiritual states.  People who exercise hard often refer to their exercise sessions as torture.  I have blog posts on the dumbbell swing exercise I do for 6 nonstop minutes that I developed in order to help me handle the most intense and difficult emotional/spiritual states possible without adversely affecting my health!  When one becomes really strong and grounded spiritually it becomes a lot easier to resist harmful temptations and to do what is healthy in ones life when it comes to diet and exercise.  One can develop the ability/intuition to find the diet and nutritional supplements that help you to handle pushing yourself extremely hard physically and spiritually.   One can develop the spiritual theories and mindset that can help one to handle extreme spiritual and physical states and still be able to sense intuitively what one can safely get away with.  One has to be able to become very vigilant(aware) and careful when one is pushing the edge an awful lot spiritually and physically.

Also required in order to handle this challenging physical world we are such a vital part of is the ability to function spiritually in a very low energy state.  In a low energy state the spirit becomes a lot more sensitive and aware spiritually.  In order to have a great deal of spiritual control over oneself, one needs to be able to adjust ones energy to the requirements of the situation you find yourself in.  Also when you push yourself very hard doing things that require a lot of energy one needs to be able to rest and recover which is best done spiritually in a love energy state.  Healing from an illness often requires that one not eat much and lower ones blood sugar quite a bit. In times of crisis one often needs to go from high energy state to low energy state quickly based on the situation.  Sometimes it is best to sort of disappear from the scene and let others take over while you recover and evaluate what you need to do next while in a very aware/sensitive low energy spiritual state .  I use slow intense meditative walking with short quick steps, shoulder movement and rapid breathing to enhance my ability to function in a low energy state spiritually.  I find meditative walking help my stationary type meditation work so much better.  I have blog posts on this site dealing with all forms of meditation.  Here is a link to one of them:   https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2016/10/04/meditative-walking-developing-a-stronger-spiritual-connection-with-the-physical/

I have developed spiritual theories and techniques through a really intense spiritual focus over a lifetime especially over the last 30 years.  I am almost 65 years old, so it has taken me a lot of time to get where I am at now.  My spiritual theories and techniques have helped me develop an astrology system that has a great deal of spiritual understanding represented in its formulation!

Humor is no replacement for effective meditative techniques in helping one to better cope spiritually/emotionally

I should point out at the beginning of this post that I developed my own very intense meditative techniques to help me spiritually handle life at its roughest. So, I am very familiar with this subject personally.  I depend on my type of meditative walking and a meditative type 2 handed 20lb modified (barbarian)dumbbell swing to help me handle what life deals my way.  I have not taken any pain killers of any kind in over 30 years.

There are various forms of escapism(including humor) available to distract one from the tension and challenges of life and the pain that often comes with them.  But these forms of escapism may have some health benefits over the short term provided they are not in the form of some destructive type of addiction.    People often use humor as a means to help them cope emotionally/spiritually from the pain and stress this world provides plenty of.  Humor can tend to lighten ones mood, and give one temporary relief.  But, humor or any form of escapism will not work when one is facing really intense pain.  The more pain one feels the more sober one needs to be in order to cope with it spiritually.  A lot of people have never felt the most intense forms of pain or dealt with the harshest conditions this world has to offer.  A lot of people actively tune out spiritually from the really harsh/painful conditions that exist in this world and the problems that come with them.  We live in a world in which painkilling medications are used frequently and that a lot of people are addicted to them.

The difference between methods that use escapism to avoid pain and using effective meditative techniques, is that effective meditative techniques increase ones ability to cope with even more pain by increasing ones spiritual/emotional strength and awareness.  Also as one tunes in better to the pain one is feeling one becomes better at reading ones body and at figuring out what diet and exercise program will best work for you.  Facing the pain and conditioning oneself to handle it better helps one tune into reality better and the serious often extremely painful problems that exist in this world.  We can not effectively deal with the serious problems that exist in this world without being able to cope with the pain that is associated with them.  A lot of the problems in this world are the result of people not being able to direct their emotions and desires in a positive direction.  Sexual and other forms of abuse happen way too much in this world.  Violence is also very prevalent in this world on both the personal and collective level.   Humor and other forms of escapism do not help us to get better at handle these painful situations that exist in this world, but effective meditative techniques can.  Often people who depend of escapism of different forms to help them cope with emotional pain within themselves will face circumstances where this form of escapism does not work as in a crisis requiring immediate response.  In times of crisis ones spiritual/emotional weakness tend to be exposed and can result in destructive behavior or health problems due to the stress involved.   Effective meditative techniques help one to gain the spiritual/physical strength and awareness required to handle really intense emotions well along with the stress and pain that so often are part of life.

My focus is very much into transforming this world into a much better  place to exist in.  For this to happen individuals have to first work on transforming themselves.  Advanced spiritual theories and meditative techniques geared toward helping people to better cope spiritually with the often painful reality we exist in are required if we are to more effectively handle the serious problems that exist in this world.  Science does not have all the answers, since the spiritual plays a really important role in the challenging physical reality we exist in.  I have blog posts that explain the type of meditative techniques I use which can be found by clicking on”meditation” below this post.  Here is a link to my very effective meditative walking blog post:   https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2016/10/04/meditative-walking-developing-a-stronger-spiritual-connection-with-the-physical/

PAIN

Here I focus on the positive side of pain. Pain exists for a reason and handling it well can be used to help one grow stronger both physically and spiritually. Physical pain can help one read ones body, so one can better push ones limits in a demanding physical exercise program, and learning to handle(cope with)emotional/spiritual pain can help one to become better at handling in a positive way the whole spectrum of emotions with all their intensity that are part of life.
The more pain one can handle the more truth one can handle. It is painful to have ones delusions/fantasies shattered! It is painful to face a stronger dose of reality. Life’s lessons are often painful. Pain can tend to wake people up spiritually. Growing stronger spiritually requires one learn to handle the painful emotions of life really well. I train in a way that puts me in very difficult and uncomfortable spiritual/emotional states for a reason. It is hard to bring more spiritual truth to a world that tends to be addicted to autocratic type spiritual beliefs and not that open to more rational/practical spiritual beliefs that are designed to connect one more strongly to this reality we exist in here, and enable us to make a positive difference spiritually here as a result. Our world is really messed up spiritually because the predominating spiritual beliefs that exist here are inadequate!

Running/cardiovascular exercise, injuries and interpreting pain

Very hard to figure out how much one can safely get away in regard to a body part that is hurt to some degree and letting you know this through pain. General muscle soreness feels different than a very targeted pain in a specific body part. It is important to figure out what the problem might be, before accessing whether one can still exercise. I would monitor what ever pain I was feeling very carefully when warming up or exercising on a less intense level in order to evaluate exactly what I can safely get away with without aggravating the problem. One has to depend on a certain intuitive sense. Often an injury is not that serious and leaves one with enough strength to exercise on a less intense level or in a different way that avoids using the injured part as much.

I once got an impact injury to my knee when running a 1/2 marathon trail race, but finished the race before the knee really started hurting. I had built up a lot of weekly mileage that I did not want to lose, and thought that since my body had finished the race after the impact injury okay, that I should be able to run on that injury somehow. So, I would take quite a while to warm up while my knee was in a lot of pain, but once warmed up the pain would be a lot less so I would run carefully continuing with similar amount of weekly mileage. I would ice down my knee afterwards. It took about a month to heal. I had run with knee injuries before while healing them, but never one that had that much pain involved.

I am now dealing with pain in my lower back, but am managing to control this while continuing my exercise routine, but must constantly stretch my back, since I believe it is muscle tightness that causes the area to become more inflamed. This strategy seems to be working. I feel one can often intuitively sense how much tension an injured/hurt body part can handle, and how to limit ones exercise in order to protect it.

Often, I feel when one overdoes ones exercise the body chemistry will be affected(may become more acidic)and in turn can inflame a vulnerable body part making it more subject to being injured/hurt. I feel one needs to gain the ability to read your body cues so one can adjust ones intensity so as to better avoid harming oneself physically in some way. I find extra breathing often helps and often focusing more on ones upper body movements often helps one protect ones legs. It is such a fine line between pushing ones limits and going beyond ones limits and harming oneself. One just has to focus an awful lot on what is happening with ones body when one exercises. Focusing too much on other things while exercising can lessen ones ability to pick up the subtle signals the body is sending you. The more you focus on what signals the body is sending you the better you become at interpreting them.

I must state that can be very risky to not have certain(non-minor) injuries check out by medical professionals to determine their cause and what treatment would be advisable in order to help fix and properly rehabilitate them..
