Trauma, denial, distortion of reality and projection of ones flaws on others and outside world.

We live in a world full of all sorts of #abusive behavior some directed toward others and by lashing out at the outside world(society). Some people indulge in reckless behavior; others in bad eating habits or harmful #drug #addictions. Collectively groups of people will get #angry and irrational and often countries will be propelled by this #anger to lash out at other country militarily without first coolly evaluating how to rationally work out their differences. In a world like this trauma will occur an awful lot with the psychological problems that come with it. The cycle of #abuse will continue as the #trauma even when healed physically will often leave #psychological scars and the #denial that comes with not wanting to face the deep #emotions that come with them. This denial and the distortion of reality that comes with it leads to a continuation of abusive behavior in this world. We all are abusive to some degree, since no one is perfect! But, we have a very high level of abusive behavior on this spiritually backward planet that needs to be addressed in order for us to develop the spiritual maturity to deal with the intense problems that living in a very technological advance world presents to us!

Our spiritual programming determines how well we are able to face reality at its most challenging! If we have spiritual beliefs that tune of out of or devalue part of the reality we exist in, we will weaken our ability to tune into and cope with this reality. Seeing reality from all sides and angles is not easy to do! People often like to see only the part of reality that they are comfortable with based on where they are at psychologically and the impact of past trauma on them. One can not heal and grow further spiritually if one does not face ones flaws and the spiritual theories one has that tend to be supportive of the view of reality ones currently accepts. When ever one spiritually distorts reality one will suffer self abuse and also will be abusive of others. One can feel really justified in being abusive as a result of the denial that becomes part of ones psychology and spiritual state of being.
One can not advance further spiritually if one is not willing to see ones spiritual/psychological problems and the #spiritual theories that underpin them. If one is locked into some spiritual beliefs as a result of them being supportive of the state of denial that comes with not facing and healing the spiritual/emotional impact of past trauma, it can be quite difficult to advance to a healthier level spiritually! When someone tries to reach these people with the strong spiritual energy and spiritual theories required to help them to heal they will often lash out at that person no matter how rational their presentation is. Irrationality and the distortion of reality is often part of those who have suffered abuse or trauma and not healed psychologically from it. Arrogance and an inability to face ones spiritual shortcomings is what prevents people from being receptive to the type of spiritual help they need. One can not help someone spiritually until they feel that they could benefit from such help. Often it takes a really challenging situation in their life and the hard lessons that come with it to get people to really see their shortcomings and want to spiritually #heal and improve their understanding of reality in a way that will prevent future hard lessons of the same type from happening again!
The truth is most often in the complicated middle and requires one is able to see things from many angles and sides. One can through really challenging spiritual #meditation type training gain a stronger spiritual grip on reality and enable one to better handle the pain/struggle that often comes with getting more of a grip on reality and the truth that comes with this. #Pain is part of life and must be faced in order to gain more spiritual maturity and connection with reality. Once one has obtained an ability to handle a heavier dose of reality, then one will develop the #intuition required to sense which people are reliable/serious sources and thus become better at determining what sources are unreliable or not solid enough or have a feel to them that do not gibe with your sense of how #reality actually works.
Here is a link to my blog on the meditative/spiritual type training I do:

Why I am able to do things spiritually others are not able to!

1.  I was born with limited visual memory(good at core structural visuals only) . Also had related limited finer motor skills(one can not do what one can not visualize doing).

2.  Compensated for limitations with creativity and intuition to help me handle all the many situations in life I faced with a lack of visual familiarity. This helped me to become really aware spiritually, an area I was born with a lot of natural ability in.

3.  Did play creatively in the spiritual starting at an early age, but not in a way very different from other people. Did play around creatively with trying to develop a new astrology system, but not much differently than a lot of other astrologers  did. Also did push my limits with aerobic exercise as well as experimented with meditative techniques, but not in a way that really made me stand out that much from others. BUT, This all changed in March, 1992 at the age of 40. Then when trying to reach the public with my ideas I felt the extreme pressure that come with presenting anything really different to the media and public and after 2 resulting near death experiences, that I know only someone as determined as me could have survived, I was willing to really focus on moving in a direction no one else would be able to or see a reason to! Link to near death experiences:

https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2011/10/06/my-two-near-death-experiences/

4. After 1992 I worked at developing new really advanced meditative(breathing) techniques and exercises that were designed increased my spiritual connection with reality by strengthening my physical-spiritual connection. The physical is resistant in nature so is able to give one the spiritual strength to cross barriers others can not. It also can challenge one in a way that can bring out the most in you spiritually. Today, we have so many problems in this world related to our inability to adequately handle the problems this physical world we exist in presents us with! Here are links to my meditative exercises and really intense dumbbell swing exercise:

5.  I have a diet without anything in it that act as a drug with means no herbs or condiments! My vegan diet(which evolved over a lifetime of experimentation) of mostly Oatmeal, canned greens, some tomatoes and vitamin/mineral supplements was designed for me individually to help me handle an extremely intense physical-spiritual training program! I do also do an intense frantic 3/4 of a mile run pretty much every day! I do not use coffee(caffeine)like most other runners, since I do not want anything interfering with my natural spiritual attunement to my body and how I am able to read it and figure out exactly how hard I can safely push it and in what way. When one pushes the body in a way that no one else is able you must be extremely sharp spiritually with no drugs/chemicals interfering with how you are tuned in spiritually to your body. One needs to rely on the drugs/chemicals the body itself produces and utilizes based on its perceived need.

6.  After 1992, I did develop a very unique astrology system that evolved as the intensity and effectiveness of my meditative/spiritual training/exercise techniques evolved. This astrology system is not some variation of a traditional astrology system(does not have signs or houses)and is not mythology based. It was developed with an emphasis on applying as much logic to it as possible along with utilizing my intuition/understanding of how the spiritual actually works. It was my spiritual tuning device that had to work well for to enable me to do incredibly intense spiritual training safely. So when ever I was not happy with my spiritual progress, I would have to figure out ways of improving my astrology system and the spiritual theories that where utilized in designing its structure. Spiritual training I find may bring one some inspiration, but intense thinking is required to further refine any raw inspiration into something very functional in this challenging reality we exist in. My mind has pushed the limits very often in my life especially after 1992 with a trial and error process applied over and over. Creativity involved a lot of trial and error mostly error. I have tested this astrology system not only on myself but on the charts of 20 celebrities and numerous charts I have done for people I have known in my life.

No one I am sure has done anything like me, so as a result I am able to do things in the practical physical-spiritual direction that nobody else can do. I understand that most people stay within the comfort zone that having a similar mindset and personality as a lot of other also have. Few people really get outside of this spiritual comfort zone since it is very scary and difficult to do. Also it is very hard to survive in a world like this that demands such a high degree of spiritual conformity from its inhabitants. Only people who are born with an inability to conform can really become the pioneers that open new doors in this world. Often necessity(desperation)is the mother of invention and individual and societal crisis is required in order for what it takes for really positive creative change to happen in this world.

Brains are required to push oneself extremely hard spiritually

People often think that people can work extremely hard at something and get nowhere.  But, what is really true is that one can not push yourself really hard if one does not know what one is  doing.  My really challenging spiritual/meditative exercise techniques enable me to get a lot more out of myself without harming myself.  When one pushes oneself really hard it is so easy to injure oneself.  People who work hard, but do not get smarter at how they do it will reach a point where if they push harder they will be unable to stay on the fine line that is required to keep them safe.  Ones needs to program oneself as to the smartest/best ways to do things safely.  When it comes to the spiritual which is wholistic one must have a strong grip on reality and really be tuned into how the spiritual actually works in order to safely push oneself extremely hard.  One also has to understand the physical/biological mechanics of meditation well enough to figure out how to get oneself safely into a really intense emotional/spiritual state and be able to handle it well.  One needs to have the knowledge in the area of physical fitness and nutrition in order to do what it takes to become healthy enough to handle the stress that comes with dealing with really intense and the difficult emotional/spiritual  states that really intense meditative states can put you in.

All strength comes from the physical, since the physical is hard and resistant.  Really effective spiritual training will strengthen ones physical connection with the spiritual and ones grip on the hard reality that we exist in in this physical world.  My meditative walking technique and my dumbbell swing exercise with its intense meditative breathing is really good at connecting one with the really hard part of reality we exist in.  Spiritual character and backbone does not come easy and requires really effective training techniques and the spiritual theories that give one a reason to put up with how difficult/torturous they can be.  Often people who do intense physical exercise refer to it as torture, but they are often not motivated with the most serious spiritual purpose for doing their exercise routine.

Effective spiritual exercise has to be so extremely rough,  since the spiritual deals with our reality at its roughest/harshest and the trauma and emotions that result from it.    We have so many serious problems in this world and those who truly understand these problems and really want to make a positive difference here will readily want to program themselves with the type of spiritual theories that will enable them to connect with our reality at its roughest and deal with the type of torturous spiritual training that can give them the spiritual strength and awareness to become capable of contributing in a really meaningful way to transforming this planet into a more humane place to exist on.   A lot of good  knowledge trial and error is required to become smarter in how you train yourself spiritually so that you can push yourself extremely hard and do so safely.  When pushing the edge spiritually one has to balance on a really fine line and one really has to know what one is doing in order to do this!

Here is a link to my blog on meditative exercise techniques with link to my dumbbell swing exercise provided at end of it: https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2016/10/04/meditative-walking-developing-a-stronger-spiritual-connection-with-the-physical/

Did alien technology develop amazing ancient structures?

No, ancient man was extremely capable with their own tools and knowledge. We have to depend on ourselves to make things happen on this planet, and we are very capable when we focus hard on what we do. It is easy to let ones imagination go wild when the facts are not clear enough. People who readily believe in wild conspiracy theories or stuff that is not supported by enough reliable evidence are not going to be interested enough in the spiritual theories, and techniques that I developed through a life time of effort. People often put their spiritual energy into supporting strange beliefs that do not have enough solid evidence to rely on. I could not have developed a new astrology system if I did not train myself really hard spiritually to have a very strong connection to reality. Delusional energy is very prevalent in this world that is so backward spiritually.

Physical disabilites/limitation and intense spiritual training

I was asked this question. Do you believe that peace of mind through meditation it is also necessary for the physical body to be exercised too, or could you do it if you were a para/quadriplegic and still get the same result?

Even people with physical disabilities can use very effective meditative techniques. As long as you can breath, you can find a way to meditate. When one is putting an extra focus on breathing one is able to meditate. With meditative type physical exercises, it just takes putting the degree of effort into it that challenges one to the point that one has to shut down the mind in order to put all one is able into it. People can use what ever muscles they have that function for them and in which they can safely exercise. One does have to focus on being careful and not injuring oneself no mater what condition ones body is in.

The extreme type of meditative exercise I do requires a body that enables one to handle it. The spirit can protect the abilities that it requires to serve what purpose or role that is really important to it/you. I require a certain body in a certain condition to do what I do. I have put an extreme effort into ensuring my body was healthy enough to perform this role I have as a spiritual pioneer. I do not negate the value of having a really fit and healthy body and doing what one can to protect ones body so that it can perform at the level that will bring the results one needs to succeed the really high level one desires or feels a strong need to. The spirit can do amazing things to protect what it feels is its most vital resources.

People with physical disabilities may not be able to do the most intense types of spiritual training, but can connect with those who do and become a very valuable conduit to the spiritual energy and understanding that people who do this type spiritual training provide. People who have very strong physical/mental limitations are in a unique position to develop great empathy for those who are really struggling spiritually, which gives them an advantage over those who fit in quite well in this world. I am “differently abled” (limited visual memory and finer motor skills)myself, but in a way that actually makes me do extremely well at the spiritual pioneer role I have taken on in this world. So I tend to be really sensitive to those who have limitations of different kinds and always take them into account in regard to how my meditative techniques can be altered to meet their individual needs.

Here is a link to the type of meditative walking I do, which also goes into stationary meditative techniques at the end of the blog post. One can be creative and figure out what will work for best for you individually taking in account any physical or other limitations you may have:

My latest adjustments to my strict spiritually ascetic type diet

I have been on a very strict healthy diet for some time in order to maximize my spiritual capabilities. I tightened it up again recently in the area of calorie restriction(eating less in my 8 “around the clock” small meals a day and making sure I get good and hungry before I add more to my next meal). I push myself really hard physically and spiritually, so only a really effective and healthy diet will work well for my needs. I am 65 years old and quite lean as a lot of people who practice calorie restriction(for health purposes)are(5’10” 128lbs).

I do trust my well trained intuition to guide me over a lot of the nutritional/dietary advice that is currently popular or supported by so called “experts” at this time. I do read from a lot of sources about nutrition, but trust my intuition to figure out what sources to pay attention to and utilize along with my own ideas as to what would work best for my needs. I have been really good at not requiring the healthcare industry much in my life and when I have I learned more of how much I must rely on myself to keep myself really healthy physically and spiritually.

This is the diet that works for me. I eat oatmeal with each meal and usually put some canned spinach in it with a tiny bit of salt. I usually have a raw tomato with one of my meals. With my 6:15 meal I take a multivitamin-mineral tablet along with a 500 milligrams C tablet and a B-complex vitamin tablet. With my noon and midnight meal, I take a calcium-magnesium-zinc(1/3 daily value each) and a 500 milligrams vitamin C tablet. With my 6PM meal I take a 500 milligrams vitamin C tablet along with a B-complex vitamin tablet. I usually eat my oatmeal with out any vegetables during my midnight and 3AM meals. This is the diet I developed my really intense and effective meditative techniques, and my really advanced astrology system while on.

28Jul17:  My current diet now has 5 calorie restricted meals similar in content.  I eat a meal at around 3AM with lite salt(contains sodium and potassium), then at 8AM with muti-vitamin-mineral tablet along with 500 milligrams vitamin C and a B complex vitamin tablet, then at Noon with a calcium-magnesium-zinc tablet(1/3 daily values each) and a 500 milligram vitamin C tablet,  then at 5PM with a B complex tablet and a 500 milligram vitamin C tablet,  and at 10PM with calcium-magnesium-zinc tablet(1/3 daily value each) and a 500 milligram vitamin C tablet.

Humor is no replacement for effective meditative techniques in helping one to better cope spiritually/emotionally

I should point out at the beginning of this post that I developed my own very intense meditative techniques to help me spiritually handle life at its roughest. So, I am very familiar with this subject personally.  I depend on my type of meditative walking and a meditative type 2 handed 20lb modified (barbarian)dumbbell swing to help me handle what life deals my way.  I have not taken any pain killers of any kind in over 30 years.

There are various forms of escapism(including humor) available to distract one from the tension and challenges of life and the pain that often comes with them.  But these forms of escapism may have some health benefits over the short term provided they are not in the form of some destructive type of addiction.    People often use humor as a means to help them cope emotionally/spiritually from the pain and stress this world provides plenty of.  Humor can tend to lighten ones mood, and give one temporary relief.  But, humor or any form of escapism will not work when one is facing really intense pain.  The more pain one feels the more sober one needs to be in order to cope with it spiritually.  A lot of people have never felt the most intense forms of pain or dealt with the harshest conditions this world has to offer.  A lot of people actively tune out spiritually from the really harsh/painful conditions that exist in this world and the problems that come with them.  We live in a world in which painkilling medications are used frequently and that a lot of people are addicted to them.

The difference between methods that use escapism to avoid pain and using effective meditative techniques, is that effective meditative techniques increase ones ability to cope with even more pain by increasing ones spiritual/emotional strength and awareness.  Also as one tunes in better to the pain one is feeling one becomes better at reading ones body and at figuring out what diet and exercise program will best work for you.  Facing the pain and conditioning oneself to handle it better helps one tune into reality better and the serious often extremely painful problems that exist in this world.  We can not effectively deal with the serious problems that exist in this world without being able to cope with the pain that is associated with them.  A lot of the problems in this world are the result of people not being able to direct their emotions and desires in a positive direction.  Sexual and other forms of abuse happen way too much in this world.  Violence is also very prevalent in this world on both the personal and collective level.   Humor and other forms of escapism do not help us to get better at handle these painful situations that exist in this world, but effective meditative techniques can.  Often people who depend of escapism of different forms to help them cope with emotional pain within themselves will face circumstances where this form of escapism does not work as in a crisis requiring immediate response.  In times of crisis ones spiritual/emotional weakness tend to be exposed and can result in destructive behavior or health problems due to the stress involved.   Effective meditative techniques help one to gain the spiritual/physical strength and awareness required to handle really intense emotions well along with the stress and pain that so often are part of life.

My focus is very much into transforming this world into a much better  place to exist in.  For this to happen individuals have to first work on transforming themselves.  Advanced spiritual theories and meditative techniques geared toward helping people to better cope spiritually with the often painful reality we exist in are required if we are to more effectively handle the serious problems that exist in this world.  Science does not have all the answers, since the spiritual plays a really important role in the challenging physical reality we exist in.  I have blog posts that explain the type of meditative techniques I use which can be found by clicking on”meditation” below this post.  Here is a link to my very effective meditative walking blog post:   https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2016/10/04/meditative-walking-developing-a-stronger-spiritual-connection-with-the-physical/

The need for balance in ones spiritual training

One can do a really high energy aerobic exercise with the focus on breathing more than required so that an intense meditative/spiritual state becomes part of the exercise. An aerobic exercise with an upper body emphasis works best, in which one breaths extra rapidly, and does neck/head movements that massage the neck enabling the brain to get extra blood flow so that one can push harder than one normally can do. My barbarian dumbbell swing exercise in which I swing the 20 lb dumbbell with two hands from between my legs to over and behind my head does a good job at that. I do bend my arms a little using my arms a lot to lift the dumbbell. I find one can put oneself into an extremely intense and difficult spiritual/physical doing this. I breath in and out 6 to 8 times with each swing and do this for 8 minutes very intensely.I move my head down when lifting the dumbbell (over head) and move my head down when bringing the dumbbell down, massaging my neck and bringing more blood to the brain! I also open and close my mouth intensely while breathing without closing on the teeth which helps to release tension in that area of the head and the head in general.I use to do it longer with less intensity, but as I got more fit, the intensity went up and the duration went down. Quieting the mind during a good portion of this exercise will help one to better increase its intensity while being careful to read your body so you do not do anything to hurt/injure yourself. The more intense you exercise the more careful one needs to be!! One can search for the right exercise for you that fits the same requirements as the dumbbell swing exercise does for me. Studies are showing that really intense cardiovascular exercise of more intensity and shorter duration can be very effective provided one is fit enough to do them. So one has to start with less intensity, more duration and a lighter dumbbell, and gradually increase the the intensity as you get more fit, while shortening the duration and finding the best dumbbell weight for your needs. This high energy exercise will build up your individual spiritual energy strength. In my astrology system the individually focused connections to the top of the birth chart get stronger when you do this type of exercise.
One needs a balance between a really high energy meditative exercise like the one mentioned above along with a slow meditative exercise that slows down ones energy so as to develop more sensitivity and awareness of the universal spiritual energy that exists beyond ones individual self. I developed the meditative walk for that reason. One walks with the legs spread a little farther apart than normal with short steps while breathing in with one step and out with the next. You look upward to a degree while massaging your neck by raising your shoulders higher than one would do in a normal walk. As mentioned in above paragraph the massaging of the neck by ones shoulders brings more blood flow to the head helping one to push oneself harder than one could normally do. One can increase the intensity of this exercise by shortening ones steps even more and by breathing in and out with each step, but this is a really advanced technique when done well and one must work up to it. It can takes years to get really good at this. When doing this exercise one should try to quiet the mind a good portion of the time, since one can focus harder and reach a stronger spiritual state when doing this. One can also focus on the side to side motion and how carefully one moves ones feet when doing this exercise. In my astrology system the universally(beyond ones individual self) connections to the bottom of the birth chart are strengthened by this exercise.
The physical/spiritual health gotten from doing both exercises is needed in order to create the degree of spiritual/physical oneness that is required in order to gain a stronger connection to reality/God so one will be better able to contribute positively spiritually and physically to this physical world one now exists in. One does best to have this balance between handling high and low energy states. Being overly hyper active or overly complacent or quiet/subdued and sensitive will limits ones effectiveness and ability to be in control of oneself spiritually. Being out of control or ineffective spiritually can lead to a lot of serious problems in ones life. This world has a lot of problems rooted in the spiritual that are the result of people being out of control or ineffective spiritually. Being effective spiritually involves handling ones emotions and desires well, so that one can better control and direct ones actions and communications toward positive results in this world.
In order to handle really intense and challenging exercise one has to have spiritual beliefs that enable one to handle the very difficult(can feel quite torturous) spiritual/physical states these exercises create. One needs to develop the ability to put all of ones spiritual focus into the present and not have escapist type spiritual beliefs sabotaging this effort. I have blogs on spiritual beliefs I designed to help one deal with the challenging type spiritual exercises and the spiritual state and the heavy dose of reality they connect one with. The truth often is painful, and ones ability to be able to handle more of the challenging/painful side of life helps one to better connect with more of what is true spiritually, and also to those who are dealing with the serious problems of the world that only can be properly dealt with by have a closer connect to reality and the often painful truths that come with it!! Having a good diet with nutritional supplements also helps one to handle a really challenging spiritual/physical training program!

Meditation is important to keeping positive emotionally

Meditation requires one focus on on ones breathing, and feelings. One tries to slow down the body so that it will move to a more stable spiritual state more comfortable and grounded in reality. One becomes more connected and one with the physical world one exists in. One needs to calm all the crazy energy that one absorbs from the world around you and become more one with that which is solid and reliable in this reality we exist in. This reality is challenging and will overpower us at times. We can not allow that to happen. We need to fight to remain calm and strong. Connecting more with the hard/solid part of our reality helps us do that. But to do this we need to slow down and connect with this solid stillness. It is not easy to do this
I focus on my breathing and do certain body movements that relieve the tension that prevents one from relaxing and connecting more strongly with the solid reality that provides us with spiritual strength. It takes a lot of work to meditate, just like it does for a physical exercise program. I combine meditation with the physical exercises I do, and get in a very low energy state as a result afterwards that really connects me with reality in a really solid way. Strong people develop the ability to perform in the low energy states that others can not handle! It is all in conditioning oneself to handle a lot and to be able to handle low energy states really well.
Emotional strength is developed when one can handle the challenging emotions that one must face and get use to when one is in a lower energy state than one is comfortable with. One trains oneself through meditative techniques to get use to lower energy states and the challenging emotions and the reality that comes with them. I confront challenging emotions while meditating and overcome their power over me, so I can use them to my benefit!!
1/25/16: Now doing my intense meditative walk in a way I tire out sooner and move from doing one breathing in and out with each step to one breathing in with 2 steps and out with 2 steps when the first one fatigues me. I move my shoulders up and down in a way to massage my neck so as to get more blood flow to the brain when I do both of these. I raise my head a little to make massaging my neck with my shoulders easier to do.
I have other more detailed blog posts I have done in the past that can be reached by clicking on meditation  under this blog post.  Here is a link to my very valuable meditative walking blog post:   https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2016/10/04/meditative-walking-developing-a-stronger-spiritual-connection-with-the-physical/
