Update on my shoulder dislocation recovery!

My arm may never completely recover, since I apparently had a lot of damage associated with the fall and dislocation Most people progress faster than I am! I most likely have rotator cuff(tendon) damage and maybe a fracture in my elbow. along with nerve damage and muscle tear! But, it will all heal well enough in time. The VA Hospital  did not check out more than what was required to relocate the shoulder with the specialist called in to the ER early Easter morning! Xrays where limited to dislocation site! But, I do have many good sources on the internet including videos to help guide me during the healing process! I trust myself more than the medical profession when it comes to figuring out the best course to heal myself. My nutrition and meditative exercises give me an advantage over others! It is true I have to be patient and weather the storm and pain that comes with it. But it is helping me get even stronger spiritually!

I do not advise anyone to do the type of risky things I do!  I only get away with it because of the unique abilities I was born with along with all the practice I have had during a lifetime of living on the edge physically and spiritually.  One can become very good at something when one does it over and over again and with great spiritual focus on getting away with it safely!  The desire to survive can enable one to do amazing things with what capabilities one possesses!


Addictions tune one out from reality spiritually!

Included in addictions are anything one feels compelled to become strongly attached to despite their harmful impact on your ability to cope with reality! Cigarettes are extremely addictive and often are not considered for the spirit altering addictive impact they have on people! People would not smoke them and face the really harmful physical harm they do to them if they did not have such a psychological/spiritual hold on them! Food addictions also can be extremely strong and also can have a very negative impact on health! Obesity has reached an epidemic level in this world in recent times along with so many other serious health problems that result from overeating and eating unhealthy, but very addictive(flavorful)foods designed by the food industry to boost sales! One can develop enough hunger between meals especially if you exercise that you will find healthy foods attractive. Frequent small meals can help one to get a constant supply of nutrition! Just make them small enough that one will get a constant supply of nutrition!

Addiction to spiritual beliefs also cause harm by preventing people from improving them, which is really needed in an age in which advanced technology is causing so many serious problems that need to be addressed by people with their spiritual energy very tuned in and grounded in a rational way on the challenging physical reality we now exist in! Hedonism is the enemy of spiritual development, and is extremely present in this modern age we live in! The USA tends to have an economic system geared too much toward the pursuit of pleasure and unhealthy excesses!

Addictions also distort the mind making delusions more attractive than reality, and making the effort to connect with serious sources of information about the reality we exist in more difficult! So much misinformation is circulating in this world often that support extreme viewpoints which can be very intoxicating to those with out a good enough grip on the complex reality we exist in with all of its mysteries and variables that requires one being able to see many sides of any issue in order to figure out how to get a better picture of what is true. People often become addictive to extreme viewpoints and to the crazy conspiracy theories that support them! We have so many serious mental health problems in this world as a result of all the unhealthy addictions that tune people out from reality while harming their physical and spiritual health!

We badly need to advance further spiritually on this planet where its technology has advance a lot in recent history, but that has not advanced as much spiritually! We just do not have the spiritual maturity on this planet to handle the serious problems of our age. Addictions play a major role in holding us back spiritually! Addictions to the beliefs of the past keep us from developing a better spiritual connection to reality so that we can seriously recognize what we need to do to get more out of ourselves spiritually, and then as a result, better able to contribute in cooperation with others to making this world a better place to exist on!

Moving toward eating healthier

I am not a professional in the field of nutrition, but do have a lot of understanding about diet from a spiritual perspective due to decades of focus in this area! Consulting with a competent medical professional with knowledge of nutrition is always advisable in order not to risk possible harm as a result of making drastic changes in ones diet! It can be quite risky if one does not know enough about what you are doing when making changes in your diet especially when they are quite strong ones!!!

Personally, I only eat food in order to perform better! I am extreme when it comes to my dietary strictness! My mainly oatmeal and cooked greens diet with vitamin and mineral supplements does enable me to push the edge intensely with the extreme spiritual-physical exercise routine I need to do to be the spiritual pioneer I am! Different diets work for different people! One needs to read up on diet from good/reliable sources and find the diet that works for you! Extreme diets like mine will work only for rare individuals with a very extreme focus on the spiritual with the extreme training and spiritual programming done over a long period of time that come with it! It takes a long time to adjust to an extreme type diet like mine and a lot of nutritional research and intuitive/spiritual awareness of what will work best for your individual/unique needs based on what types of demands you place on the body! Different body types are required to do different types of work and diets need to be tailored to meet the different demands put on your body! Again, nutritional experts should be consulted when needed to ensure one does not harm oneself with a diet that does not meet your needs well enough!

The body takes a while to change so one has to make gradually changes in it. One can not focus so much on weight, since it takes quite a while to lose it. One will feel healthier as you eat healthier and get more exercise! Walking is a good exercise to start with! Food can be very addictive since the food industry has designed a lot of its products to be that way. If you build up a good enough hunger you will find healthy food more appealing! You need to eat regularly so you get a constant supply of good nutrition especially protein! Eating small meals and lowering your daily calorie intake will help one to become hungrier between meals! One can eat less at a meal when one is less hungry and a little more when one is quite hungry! Building up a healthier appetite is good, but one should not go long periods without nutrition and stress the body too much!

Most people do not need a lot of protein, but a regular supply! Vegetables are important! The focus need to be on becoming healthier, and this takes time, but one will notice subtle changes over time. You will become more tuned in spiritually as you lose your addiction to food and eat mainly for health reasons! One needs to try to get one pleasure from doing positive things to make this world a better place by contributing what talent ones has to it. One needs to be spiritually strong in this world and understand that over indulgence and addictions are what is messing up this world spiritually! People just do not take this world and its problems seriously enough! Healing oneself and the traumas of ones past is not easy! One has to toughen oneself up, and that takes a continuous effort over a long period of time to achieve, But, one has to take one step at a time and understand that when one starts steering a good course in life one will get some benefits spiritually immediately! Remember that excess fat and refined sugar is what overloads the body with calories!

Very tough for a “differently abled” spiritual pioneer on a spiritually backward planet

I keep taking 3 grams of vitamin C a day to keep me from getting sick as I continue to push myself closer to the edge spiritually with my extremely intense meditative walking, meditative running and meditative dumbbell swing exercise routines! I do take 2 B-complex vitamin tablets, a multivitamin mineral tablet and 2 calcium-magnesium-zinc tablets a day!  Routinely I eat oatmeal with each of my 6 meal small calorie restricted meals which also contain a helping of canned greens(mainly spinach)or an occasional raw tomato or fruit.   Most people in this spiritually backward world do not value whether someone with my unique spiritual abilities is able to survive here and it is so hard to reach those that are truly open to a spiritual pioneer like me! It is do so hard to wake this world up spiritually so that it will develop the spiritual maturity to handle the intense problems that come with the advanced technological age we now exist in! I now weight 121 at 5′ 10″ with the spiritual ascetic body type I am creating! I am not restrained by the conservative spiritual mindset of science or of the predominating spiritual beliefs of the past! I am a spiritual realist and not into crazy spiritual beliefs created by wild imaginations that do not interface that well with the type of reality we now exist in!

I have spent a lot of my life having a certain amount of denial of being “differently abled”! This is not surprising since most other people tended to be in denial of this about me also! I now need to really stand up for myself and fight the spiritual insensitivity that exists in this world toward people with very special abilities that come as the result of being very limited in what they are able to do! In order to advance further spiritually and in other ways in this world we need to better utilize all the talent we have in this world! Everyone can also develop more of their capabilities provided they develop more spiritual sensitivity toward themselves and others as unique individuals!

My latest adjustments to my strict spiritually ascetic type diet

I have been on a very strict healthy diet for some time in order to maximize my spiritual capabilities. I tightened it up again recently in the area of calorie restriction(eating less in my 8 “around the clock” small meals a day and making sure I get good and hungry before I add more to my next meal). I push myself really hard physically and spiritually, so only a really effective and healthy diet will work well for my needs. I am 65 years old and quite lean as a lot of people who practice calorie restriction(for health purposes)are(5’10” 128lbs).

I do trust my well trained intuition to guide me over a lot of the nutritional/dietary advice that is currently popular or supported by so called “experts” at this time. I do read from a lot of sources about nutrition, but trust my intuition to figure out what sources to pay attention to and utilize along with my own ideas as to what would work best for my needs. I have been really good at not requiring the healthcare industry much in my life and when I have I learned more of how much I must rely on myself to keep myself really healthy physically and spiritually.

This is the diet that works for me. I eat oatmeal with each meal and usually put some canned spinach in it with a tiny bit of salt. I usually have a raw tomato with one of my meals. With my 6:15 meal I take a multivitamin-mineral tablet along with a 500 milligrams C tablet and a B-complex vitamin tablet. With my noon and midnight meal, I take a calcium-magnesium-zinc(1/3 daily value each) and a 500 milligrams vitamin C tablet. With my 6PM meal I take a 500 milligrams vitamin C tablet along with a B-complex vitamin tablet. I usually eat my oatmeal with out any vegetables during my midnight and 3AM meals. This is the diet I developed my really intense and effective meditative techniques, and my really advanced astrology system while on.

28Jul17:  My current diet now has 5 calorie restricted meals similar in content.  I eat a meal at around 3AM with lite salt(contains sodium and potassium), then at 8AM with muti-vitamin-mineral tablet along with 500 milligrams vitamin C and a B complex vitamin tablet, then at Noon with a calcium-magnesium-zinc tablet(1/3 daily values each) and a 500 milligram vitamin C tablet,  then at 5PM with a B complex tablet and a 500 milligram vitamin C tablet,  and at 10PM with calcium-magnesium-zinc tablet(1/3 daily value each) and a 500 milligram vitamin C tablet.

The importance of being grounded in this “insane” world

So many spiritual beliefs(theories)that dominate on this planet tend to tune people out quite a bit spiritually from the very challenging physical reality all that are reading this are a vital part of.  We are incarnated in a physical reality that can really test how well our spiritual beliefs/theories really work.  So many spiritual beliefs/theories tend to sort of slander this physical reality or discredit its value and prefer fantasy type beliefs that envision a better type reality that is easier to handle as an afterlife/existence.  People often have spiritual beliefs or theories that distract or remove their focus away from the important challenges that this world offers us as a means to help us grow further spiritually and give us a serious purpose to help us get the most out of what positive value we can develop and contribute to making this world a better place to exist in.

Delusional spiritual beliefs  can be intoxicating like an addictive drug that puts one into a “feel good” state that has not been earned by doing the hard work in order to make one really healthy spiritually and physically and capable of contributing something of real value to a world full of so many serious problems that are not being properly addressed.  Permissiveness, over indulgence, and the desire for  instant gratification tends to weaken people spiritually and make them less responsible and disciplined and unable to carry a reasonable amount of the burden of transforming this world into a place we can really  be proud to be part of.  So many people desire to escape from this world spiritually rather than directly face their responsibilities to do their part to address the really messed up conditions that exist here that are rooted in the spiritual.

We can not adequately address the serious problems that exist on this planet if we can not handle the emotions and pain connected with them.  The truth is often quite painful, but the pain is worth the price of gaining the spiritual strength that enables one to handle more of the truth and thus enable one to be able to be a lot more constructive at finding and implementing solutions to serious problems existing here on this Earth.  The stronger and more aware one is spiritually the more one can handle the painful/challenging side of life.  Pain can really test how grounded one is spiritually.  The spiritual is powered by emotions, and the people who are the most effective are the ones who can not only handle really intense and difficult emotions, but channel these emotions to make really positive things happen in this world.  When one can really feel the emotions related to a extremely difficult situation or serious problem, one can do a lot spiritually to transform the situation.  Meditating on difficult emotions enables one to not only transform these emotions in a positive way, but impact the source of these emotions in a positive way.  Prayer/meditation can be used to help people in trouble provided one has a good spiritual connection with them and what their challenges are.  But, one can only help people who desire that help and are open to improving on the inadequate spiritual beliefs/theories that contributed to their problems.

One can train oneself to become able to handle really intense spiritual-spiritual states.  Challenging spiritual/emotional states always have an impact on oneself physically due to the stress involved.  Intense physical exercise when combined with intense meditative breathing techniques can condition oneself spiritually and physically to be able to handle extremely difficult(torturous)spiritual states.  People who exercise hard often refer to their exercise sessions as torture.  I have blog posts on the dumbbell swing exercise I do for 6 nonstop minutes that I developed in order to help me handle the most intense and difficult emotional/spiritual states possible without adversely affecting my health!  When one becomes really strong and grounded spiritually it becomes a lot easier to resist harmful temptations and to do what is healthy in ones life when it comes to diet and exercise.  One can develop the ability/intuition to find the diet and nutritional supplements that help you to handle pushing yourself extremely hard physically and spiritually.   One can develop the spiritual theories and mindset that can help one to handle extreme spiritual and physical states and still be able to sense intuitively what one can safely get away with.  One has to be able to become very vigilant(aware) and careful when one is pushing the edge an awful lot spiritually and physically.

Also required in order to handle this challenging physical world we are such a vital part of is the ability to function spiritually in a very low energy state.  In a low energy state the spirit becomes a lot more sensitive and aware spiritually.  In order to have a great deal of spiritual control over oneself, one needs to be able to adjust ones energy to the requirements of the situation you find yourself in.  Also when you push yourself very hard doing things that require a lot of energy one needs to be able to rest and recover which is best done spiritually in a love energy state.  Healing from an illness often requires that one not eat much and lower ones blood sugar quite a bit. In times of crisis one often needs to go from high energy state to low energy state quickly based on the situation.  Sometimes it is best to sort of disappear from the scene and let others take over while you recover and evaluate what you need to do next while in a very aware/sensitive low energy spiritual state .  I use slow intense meditative walking with short quick steps, shoulder movement and rapid breathing to enhance my ability to function in a low energy state spiritually.  I find meditative walking help my stationary type meditation work so much better.  I have blog posts on this site dealing with all forms of meditation.  Here is a link to one of them:   https://astrogoodwin.wordpress.com/2016/10/04/meditative-walking-developing-a-stronger-spiritual-connection-with-the-physical/

I have developed spiritual theories and techniques through a really intense spiritual focus over a lifetime especially over the last 30 years.  I am almost 65 years old, so it has taken me a lot of time to get where I am at now.  My spiritual theories and techniques have helped me develop an astrology system that has a great deal of spiritual understanding represented in its formulation!

The diet I use to help me handle my intense physical/spiritual exercise!

Diet seems to be a really controversial subject. Some people are into raw foods. Some believe in the cave man diet. Some think we all should become vegans. Some avoid all genetically engineered foods. Some are into organic food. It can be expensive to be on certain diets that are so particular. But, we all are different and have different biological vulnerabilities.  This diet has evolved as time went on and was higher in protein at times than I would recommend!  It is important to do some good research and self experimentation in order to find a healthy diet that works for you!  Edited 10/13/17

I have to be frugal and I do not fear scientific innovation when it comes to food and nutrition, provided it was done with reasonably good intent(an intuitive value judgement) and has some history(not extremely new). I do tend to use vitamin supplements, but do not use the expensive more natural ones. My calorie restricted lacto vegetarian low fat diet works well for my me and my hard training, but would probably be too harsh for others.

I have very little belly fat. I have to make an effort to eat less than my body would desire. But, enough that my body does not get adversely affected. It is a fine line. I try to get good and hungry at least once a day by eating a little less in my small meals(6 daily-every 3 hrs)until I build up a good appetite. Once I get hungry I eat a little more at my next meal. I have to read my body and figure out if it has gotten enough calories to keep it strong. I do not eat any junk food or add any spices(extra flavoring) to my food. I do enjoy my food, as a result of having a good enough appetite.


I eat 6 small meals a day about 3 hours apart.  My diet includes vegetables(mostly cooked greens), fruit, whey protein, one tablespoon refrigerated canola or soy oil(meals 1&5 only-not used in cooking-do not fry food), salt(need some to feel okay), oatmeal/brown rice, and a lot of vitamin and mineral supplements.  I take Vitamin C(250-500 mg) with 3 of my meals.  I take a multi-vitamin mineral tablet and B-complex tablet twice a day with meals 1 and 5.    I make sure I get plenty of calcium/magnesium/zinc in either my multi-vitamin-mineral tablet or in other added tablets.  I am lately on a very high protein diet – about 140 grams of protein a day.  I can replace rice or oatmeal with fruit.

I did a lot of reading on this subject of eating before and after exercise the last 2 days. I did learn a lot. But, I found no need to change the unique approach that I feel works so very well for me. I just figured out why it may be working well for me. I do believe that we all have to figure out what approach works well for us. I do not seem to have any bad days when I exercise, they all are very rough and very similar. I do keep trying to push harder every time.

I do eat a lot of whey protein in my 6 small meals(3 hours apart) with one being shortly after exercising. When I work out in the morning without breakfast, I will not have a lot of glycogen stored in my body, since(I read) the body uses up a lot while one sleeps. This will affect how long I last when doing my intense exercises. I do feel I last long enough to have a lot of positive impact. Often when you subject your body to more challenging conditions(heat and altitude for example) you gain results from doing this. I believe one can train ones body to burn fat more efficiently(thus needing less glycogen in your fuel mix)and also train the body to store more glycogen. One will then find that when you train under more ideal conditions(with more available glycogen-like after carbo-loading), one will be able to last so much longer.

I have read about different people doing quite well doing different things. It can takes a while for the body to adjust to a quite different program. Science often does not take this enough into account as well as other variables. In the past body builders use to believe in training on an empty stomach. Arnold Schwarzenegger did quite well doing this. I read about a person doing quite well exercise-wise on a very low carb diet. We all are different(genetically) and have different goals. So we have to do our own research and figure out what approach works best for us.

Update 8/13/14:  I now have been eating a 7th meals at 2:00 AM on mornings(4:30 AM Monday-Wednesday-Friday)  I do my really intense 2 handed overhead non-stop (modified)dumbbell swing exercise.  This acts a little like carbo loading and allows me to last longer.  I am now able to last 15 minutes non-stop swings, doing first fifty 40 lb swings followed immediately by as many 20 lb swings as i can safely do.   I forgot to mention that I use Lite salt(contains sodium and potassium) a lot to provide the electrolytes I need to exercise really hard and to help hydrate myself adequately especially when it is hot.

Updated 3/31/15:  I have cut my the amount of protein in my diet down quite a bit to around 90 grams a day.  Updated:  May 2015 lowered protein to about 75 grams a day mostly from whey protein.

I do have to focus a lot on my diet in order to stay lean and fit. My body can easily gain weight due to all the stress in my life. I have had periods in which I have had quite a bit more body fat. The main thing is to focus on eating healthier and eating the amount of food that makes you function at your best. Different diets and body types work better for different people. Everyone is different! Addictive type foods can readily sabotage a diet. I do not eat any junk food, but have not done so for a very long time. Just like exercise, diet requires a lot of effort over a long period of time to get good at it. The body has to adjust to any changes one makes in regard to diet and exercise. So one usually does best to make incremental changes and allow the body time to adjust. If you try to do too much too fast, your body and spirit can become overwhelmed and cause you to have a setback. Also, if you do have a setback and lose control of ones diet, one should not give up, but just go right back on your diet with what ever adjustments you can figure out will help make it work better in the future. One should not allow one bad day destroy your diet. Nothing works perfectly. One will have some setbacks, but one just has to try to maintain a constant effort over time.

7/7/15:  I have been on an austere calorie restricted diet(some people use this type diet to increase their longevity) which along with very intense meditative and cardio exercises is helping me develop an ascetic body type that works really well for spiritual strength and awareness.  I now weight 124 lbs at 5’10”.

8/11/15:  I eat 6-7 meals(usually a meal every 3 hours) a day. I eat really small portions at the beginning of the day and try to build up as much hunger as I can. I then use meditative walking to help me better handle this hunger. I find battling hunger a really effective and challenging spiritual exercise. I do tend to push the edge a lot physically and spiritually and have been doing this for a very long time, so am quite good at doing it safely. I do eat a little more the last 2 meals of the day(6PM&9PM)so that I will have some energy for my 4 AM exercise routine. At 2 AM a couple of hours before I do my dumbbell swing routine(3 days a week) I eat an extra meal/snack of salted oatmeal to give me the extra energy this exercise requires.

8/15/15:   I had to increase my daily calories in my diet and eat a 7th meal of salted oatmeal every night. My body made it clear to me that I could no longer feed off of my remaining body fat, which is very little! Maintaining my current body type will be as hard as it was to get there. Being a spiritual pioneer, it takes me a little while to figure out how to mask adjustments when a transition is required. Have to figure things out on my own since have no really good sources/references to use to guide me. But, after a few days of experimentation I seem to have made the required adjustments to my diet. I do do things to the extreme, but we live in an age where we need to be able to handle really extreme situations. We do live in the “Atomic Age” where we have to have experts who are able to handle situations in which the :margin of error” is extremely small and the consequences of mistakes can be extreme!  I now weigh about 120 lbs at 5’10” tall.

6/8/16:  I now have put on more weight and have stopped restricting calories, but am still on my strict diet.  I now have gain weight both muscle and fat, and am doing even better with my daily meditative walking exercises and dumbbell swing(barbarian swing) exercise. I found the calorie restricted diet I was on helped me to leave my really restricted situation living with my sister in San Antonio area, and transition to living in Houston where I could better get my ideas out to the public.  This transition was extremely difficult for me to do spiritually and the extreme diet I was on before and after it opened the doors required to make the transition happen and be successful!

6/19/16:  I have recently eliminated whey protein from my diet, so I am now a vegan with oatmeal the staple to my diet.  I get enough protein due to the amount of calories I consume as a result of all the spiritual training exercises I do.  I continue to supplement my diet with vitamin/mineral tablets.  I take a multivitamin-mineral tablet and 500 milligrams Vitamin C at my 6 AM meal,  take a calcium-magnesium-zinc(1/3 daily value) at 12 AM and PM meal with 500 milligrams vitamin C, and I take a B complex vitamin tablet and 500 milligram Vitamin C at 6 PM meal.

6/25/17:  I am cutting my calories by a quarter by having meals every 4 hours instead of 3(6 meals done around the clock). WHY am I doing this: because I am not reaching people well enough with my fantastic spiritual ideas and techniques. So I need to intensify my stoicism, which I have done in the past with a sort of hunger training. I need to bring really strong(spiritual) survival energy to this world. I do not fool around in a world that is in denial about how backwards it is spiritually! I weigh around 138 lbs at 5’10” but am extremely fit physically and spiritually! I am a spiritual athlete which is quite different from a physical athlete. A spiritual athlete has a body conditioned to handle really strong emotions and the physical stress that comes with it!

7/16/17  Cut down to 5 meals(3AM, 8AM,12PM.5PM&10PM.)

7/28/17  weigh about 131 lbs.

8/1/17  I am reducing my calories even further since my weight has stayed even for about a week at between 130 and 131 lbs. My metabolism has obviously quickly adjusted most likely as a result of how my meditative exercises help my body to quickly adjust to a slower metabolism. I feel I am still not intense enough, since I am not yet getting the support I really need for the fantastic spiritual theories and techniques I have developed! One less meal(4) and around 1300 calories. I started yesterday and already feel I can handle it. This diet may be temporary, I may go back to 1600 calories, I may not. All I want is to keep getting stronger spiritually and so far that is happening.   I have done similar cycling before. It helps makes my spiritual energy sharper and more intense! I can handle spiritual states others are unable to handle and the body has a lot of impact on what type of spiritual state you are able to maintain. I need really strong survival type spiritual energy and I need to be very much on the edge or fine line that can make that happen. I need to be in an extreme state that is opposite from those that are so addicted to various drugs/desires that they have really tuned out this challenging reality that exists on this Earth with all of its problems rooted in the spiritual. So many people have their spiritual perspective distorted or inadequate and have no idea how tuned out they are spiritually as compared to what is required by the demands of these times!  I continue to take the same amount of vitamin and mineral supplements:    I take a multivitamin-mineral tablet and 500 milligrams Vitamin C at my 6 AM meal,  take a calcium-magnesium-zinc(1/3 daily value) at 12 AM and PM meal with 500 milligrams vitamin C, and I take a B complex vitamin tablet and 500 milligram Vitamin C at 6 PM meal.

8/16/17  Went back to 5 meals(1600 calories)with about 50 gm protein on 8/4/17(4 meals 1300 calories lasted only 4 days).  I has a muscle spasm in my lower back that led to a minor injury and threatened my training program so I decided that 1300 calories with about 40 gm protein was too hard on my body.  1600 calories is rough, but it is working well!  It may be a diet that can last long term, since I am not losing weight on it!

10/13/17  Still on same program, but will add an extra meal when I feel I need one to keep my energy up!  My weight is staying even and I still am able to do my extremely intense spiritual exercise routine.  I do a really intense 3/4 of a mile meditative run every other day and a 6 minute nonstop modified meditative 2 handed dumbbell swing exercise the days I do not run!

3/7/18  I have increased my calories recently and putting on some extra weight! I am on a new phase and need a little more more physical reserve! My astrology system is ready and I need to get more connected with the public! I will always work to keep my body extremely healthy physically and spiritually and able to serve my purpose well! I weigh 128 lbs at 5′ 10″ now! With the type of diet I am on and my intense training program I will continue to stay quite lean!




Diet seems to be a really controversial subject. Some people are into raw foods. Some believe in the cave man diet. Some think we all should become vegans. Some avoid all genetically engineered foods. Some are into organic food. It can be expensive to be on certain diets that are so particular. But, we all are different and have different biological vulnerabilities.

I have to be frugal and I do not fear scientific innovation when it comes to food and nutrition, provided it was done with reasonably good intent(an intuitive value judgement) and has some history(not extremely new). I do tend to use vitamin supplements, but do not use the expensive more natural ones. My calorie restricted lacto vegetarian low fat diet works well for my me and my hard training, but would probably be too harsh for others.

I eat 6 small meals a day about 3 hours apart…

Advancing spiritually is just not as simple as just eliminating meat.

I have not eaten meat for a very long time. Did eat some fish quite a while ago. I am pretty sure if I ate some lean meat for protein today that I would not suddenly lose all the spiritual strength and awareness I have developed through all the really hard physical-spiritual training I do.  In my experience, I do not find non-meat eaters overall that much more spiritual than meat eaters. Often people exaggerate the spiritual and physical benefits of certain diets over other ones. I do not automatically assume someone is not very spiritually advanced just because they eat meat, or assume some one is spiritually advanced just because they do not eat meat. I just do not find a lot of people on this planet that advanced spiritually.


I believe a really healthy diet with added vitamin-mineral supplements works well along with really intense meditative/spiritual and cardio(heart) exercises is very important to ones physical-spiritual well being. An ascetic calorie restricted diet with very small frequent meals can help one to get the really lean body type that makes one really strong and aware spiritually. We need more people that are willing to work hard to improve on their spiritual beliefs, and diet, so that they are able to do the really tough spiritual-physical training required in order to develop a great deal of spiritual expertise. It just is not as simple as just eliminating meat.


We need people in the various occupations that are required to make this planet function well for all. Not everyone needs to have the spiritual as their main focus or occupation. People can utilize the expertise of well trained(conditioned)spiritual professionals to help one keep on the right track spiritually while one focuses in an occupational field that ones innate capabilities are well suited to.

I was on a very austere calorie restricted diet when I posted this blog.  I made a lot  of spiritual progress on this extreme diet. but have gone off it to quite a degree since then and gained weight.  My current diet is still very strict, but with more calories and I feel works extremely well for what I am doing now spiritually.

Our ability to understand and connect to the physical reality we exist in enables us to advance further spiritually

In the modern age we understand the physical reality(as a result of hard science) we exist in a lot more than in the past.  This can give us quite an advantage when it comes to our ability to advance further in the spiritual area.  In the past, a lot of mythology existed that filled the void that existed due to the lack of hard knowledge about the world we existed in.  The religions(spiritual beliefs)of those times were very much limited by this lack of understanding of the physical world and the mythology  that existed then as a result.  Mythology can have an addicted affect and be hard to wean oneself from, since that which is programmed deeply within ones being is very difficult to alter!   Even today, people who see themselves as spiritual will often choose to disregard the value of credible scientists and buy into crazy/wild beliefs about the past or even the present that do not have enough hard facts to back them up.  Some people do not believe a man landed on the moon!  Others think past civilizations were as advanced as our present one!  Some people even believe aliens from outer space have had a lot of impact on our recent technological  advancements!  Often people will choose to quickly believe extreme(not very well researched) views about this reality  from those that are not accepted by the body of the most credible hard scientists.

Often religious/spiritual people will devalue the spiritual importance of the physical world they now exist in and depend on.  People who devalue the importance of the physical, not only will have trouble developing the will power to get their physical body in a really fit/health state with the improved brain function(including the spiritual/emotional parts of the brain), but also will have trouble having enough will power to take on and find ways to better deal with the very serious problems that exist on this Earth!  This physical world provide the necessary resistance to challenge us spiritually, and to test and develop our spiritual strength and awareness.  The physical world functions in a rational way,  and demands people to develop a higher degree of sanity in order to better understand it and function in it.

Mythology can very much infer with being logical/rational and sane.    It is true that the images we create and project spiritual can come alive and have a lot of spiritual impact.  These spiritual  images can become strong enough to be seen and even show up on film, but they are still spiritual manifestations, not physical ones and one has to be careful  to see them for what they really are. Often religions generate a lot of images(through the power of belief) that help to guide and inspire them spiritually to living a better life.  The spiritual is not concrete, so we must do the best we can to understand it using what images function the best when challenged by a logical physical world that we must contend with in order to grow further spiritually.

Some people will put animals and their pets on the same level spiritually as their fellow humans.  But, animals can not understand hard science enough to use it to help them function on a higher spiritual level.  But, that is not a problem for those that do not see the extra value of the human brain has in its capability to understand the physical world around them and affect it.  Even humans vary a lot in their ability to spiritually connect to the physical reality they exist in on a more advanced intellectual level.  Some people tend to dismiss the importance of the human mind spiritually and its ability to use reason to improve how one is able to functions spiritual.  But, without our ability to reason things out a lot better than animals can, the distance between us an animals become a lot less significant spiritually.  We need to have more of our spiritual focus on our fellow human beings and the serious problems that they face and create in this world.  We need to be careful about overly focusing on animals spiritually.  It is hard to connect with humans since they are very complicated,  but we must become better at this, if we are to improve on the spiritual state this world is in.

When it comes to developing better spiritual beliefs which are required in order to become a lot more developed and aware spiritually, only humans(on this planet)can do this, and then test them as to how well they help one to perform in this challenging resistant physical world we exist in.  Only humans can use really advanced meditative/spiritual-physical techniques/exercises to improve their physical/spiritual(emotional) health and will power.  Only humans can put themselves through extremely challenging physical-spiritual training that can test how well their beliefs function in helping one handle and perform when put in extremely challenging physical/spiritual states.  Physical-spiritual training helps one to better handle the toughest  physical-spiritual challenges life can present to us and to make sure one has beliefs that are good enough to help one handle these challenges.   Diet and physical exercise(especially cardiovascular) are also important as part of a physical-spiritual training program.   When one is really strong and aware spiritually, one will be well tuned into ones body and able to better do that which is  best for its physical and spiritual well being.  One proves how capable one is spiritually by how effective one can function in this very challenging physical world which is so full of serious/challenging problems that need to be better addressed.

The value of hunger when it comes to really serious/advanced training of oneself spiritually

I am able to handle a pretty strong hunger level.  I believe a set point exists for this hunger level, as well as all hunger levels as far as how low one’s weight and body fat will drop.  I lost another pound this week(5’10” 126 lbs), but should level off weight-wise soon I believe at this hunger level.  I do not either take any drugs or diet in a way that diminishes me from feeling hunger.  I am not addicted to any type foods that can increase my hunger/desire while tuning me out spiritually.  I do a lot of meditation and meditative movement exercises that tune me into my body extremely well.   I eat at  6 small nutritious meals 4 days a week, but add a seventh meal(at 2 AM -salted oatmeal) to fuel my dumbbell swings 3 days a week.  I also take nutritional supplements.  I limit my calories enough at each meal in order to maintain a high hunger level.

My meditative walking&running actually speeds up my metabolism with the type of movements involved.  Meditative movement exercises while hungry are more difficult, but puts me in a more serious spiritual state.  My intense cardio(13 non-stop minutes of 2-handed, overhead and behind neck 20 lb dumbbell swing exercise done 3 days a week)also increases my spiritual intensity and seriousness.  I am able to cope with this really rough/serious spiritual-physical training routine because I have spiritual beliefs that are good enough to help me do so.

I believe a sort of “austere”(lean),  but very healthy body type,  works really well when it comes to having the spiritual strength and awareness to be able to properly handle a really intense spiritual workload in a world where we badly need people who can spiritually/emotionally handle the really serious problems that exist in this world.

This serious spiritual state I am in as a result of my efforts helps to protect me from those who are not on a serious enough spiritual level(due to their inadequate spiritual beliefs and training), who are antagonistic to the high spiritual standards I set and maintain for myself and strive to spread to the world around me.

Updated 8/24/15:  My weight has leveled off at 120 lbs.  I did have to eat a 7th meal every night, in order to get the calories my body needed now that my body has less body fat to feed on.   I believe I now have the ascetic spiritual body type I feel I need to perform the way I need to spiritually in this very challenging physical world I exist in.  I find maintaining the diet to keep this ascetic/lean body type will be as hard to do as the diet I had to use to create it.

Updated 11/3/15:  I have gained some weight lately(about 140 lbs at 5’10”) after changing how often I do my very intense dumbbell swing exercise(12 minutes now nonstop using 20 lb weights).  Being really lean for a while did help me to improve on my technique in meditative walking as well as in  my other types of meditation.  Often one does the thing that helps one to progress further spiritually without having ones reasons that perfect!
